This page explains how payment, dispatch and delivery work for Zeal orders.


Orders

By placing an order, you are purchasing an in-stock Zeal walker.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order.


Dispatch Timing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is any unexpected delay to your order, we will notify you by email.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

US deliveries are planned for late 2026. If you are based in the US, please email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com to join the waitlist.


Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary courier delivery on all Zeal orders within the UK.

Any optional premium delivery services (where available) will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.


Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events or industrial action.


Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or inability to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.


Damages in Transit

If your walker arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the packaging and product
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Prompt notification allows us to resolve the issue quickly.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Risk

Risk passes to you once the product has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
