Lifetime frame warranty
The Zeal frame is covered for life against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
24-month component cover
Handles, brakes, seat, backrest and structural fittings are covered for 24 months from delivery.
Repair-first support
Wherever possible, our Zeal-trained technicians will repair or replace individual parts rather than the whole walker.
What's covered
The frame is covered for life. Key components including handles, brakes, seat, backrest and structural fittings are covered for 24 months from delivery. All cover applies to manufacturing defects under normal domestic use by the original purchaser.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, including tyres, brake cables, grips and cosmetic scuffs, is not covered. Nor is damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications or repairs. The storage bag and soft accessories are also excluded.
How to make a claim

Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.
Keep your proof of purchase. Your warranty is tied to your original order. Keep your confirmation email safe for the life of the product.
Safety and compliance. Critical repairs and adjustments must be carried out by a Zeal-approved technician. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void your warranty.
Your statutory rights are not affected. This warranty does not limit your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
