Every Zeal is built for long-term durability and everyday confidence. Here is what is covered.

Lifetime frame warranty

The Zeal frame is covered for life against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

24-month component cover

Handles, brakes, seat, backrest and structural fittings are covered for 24 months from delivery.

Repair-first support

Wherever possible, our Zeal-trained technicians will repair or replace individual parts rather than the whole walker.

What is covered

  • The frame, for life
  • Handles, brakes, seat, backrest and structural fittings, for 24 months from delivery
  • Manufacturing defects under normal domestic use by the original purchaser

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including tyres, brake cables, grips and cosmetic scuffs
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • The storage bag and soft accessories

Making a claim

Keep your order confirmation email safe for the life of your Zeal, as your warranty is tied to your original order.

  1. Email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the fault so we can assess it quickly.
  3. We will respond within 3 working days confirming next steps.
  4. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.

Designed to be repaired, not replaced.

For safety, critical repairs and adjustments must be carried out by a Zeal-approved technician, and unauthorised repairs or modifications will void your warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
