Currently, deliveries are anticipated for Spring 2025. We’re only offering delivery within the UK for now, but we are excited to expand to the EU and US soon! 🌎

So, you're soon to be the proud owner of a Zeal walker, what to do with your old walker?
Zeal is partnering with UK charities, to ensure nobody goes without a mobility aid when they need one, both in the UK and globally.
When you are the proud owner of a Zeal walker, you can simply send your preloved walker to us, and we will refurbish and send it to someone in need.

Are orders refundable? 🔄
We’re confident you’ll love your Zeal walker, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days. Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging when you send it back. Once we’ve received and checked your Zeal, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

When do deliveries start? 🚚
Deliveries will kick off in Spring 2025. In the meantime, we’ll keep you in the loop with updates on your pre-order, sharing behind-the-scenes insights into how your Zeal walker is crafted, right here in the UK.

Warranty included? 🤝
