Can I repair my Zeal myself?

Repairs are included as part of your Zeal warranty. To ensure every detail is cared for to the highest standard, we arrange collection of your walker, complete the repair, and return it within one working day.

You won’t need to lift a finger, and you can rest assured that all work is carried out by professionals with your safety in mind.

When will I receive my walker if I order today?

Order today for guaranteed delivery 22nd September. Your designated brand representative will keep you updated on your order’s progress, on delivery, and throughout the lifetime of your product.

Can I track my order?

You will be updated for the whole journey to receiving your walker. You will also receive tracking information.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

Once we receive your order your walker will be crafted and delivered within 3-5 working days. You will be updated for the whole journey to receiving your walker.

Will I need to assemble my Zeal on arrival?

Your Zeal arrives fully assembled, so there’s no need to worry, you can use your walker straight out of the box.

Do you ship worldwide?

Are orders refundable?

We’re confident you’ll love your Zeal walker, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days. Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging when you send it back. Once we’ve received and checked your Zeal, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
