Zeal suits users up to 6ft 9in. The handles adjust from 81cm to 94cm at the press of a button, so you can set the right height for a natural, upright posture.

As a guide, set the handles so your elbows are slightly bent, roughly level with your wrists when your arms hang relaxed.

Zeal weighs just 5.9kg, so it is easy to lift in and out of a car boot. It folds flat to 24cm wide in about 3 seconds.

Yes. Zeal has a cushioned seat at 63cm high and a backrest, so you can rest whenever you need to. Always lock both brakes before you sit down or stand up, and never use your Zeal as a wheelchair or be pushed while seated.

To slow down while walking, pull the levers up towards the handles. To park, push the levers down until they lock, which holds the wheels still while you sit or stand. Our brakes are tested to over 1 million cycles.

Yes. Zeal is just as happy in your kitchen as it is on pavements, gravel paths and grass. Its large 190mm wheels and RideSmooth® tyres absorb bumps for a smoother, quieter ride.

Yes. At 5.9kg and 24cm wide when folded, Zeal fits in most car boots. Its folded size meets IATA size regulations for aircraft, and it is ideal for cruises too. We always recommend checking with your airline or travel provider before you travel.

Every Zeal arrives fully assembled with a cushioned seat, backrest and matching 2-in-1 storage bag, which clips to the walker or can be worn as a backpack.

Yes. If you are eligible for VAT relief, you can buy your Zeal for £749 instead of £898.90. Choose ‘VAT relief price’ when you add to basket. Full details of who can claim are on GOV.UK.

Yes. VAT relief depends on the person who will use the walker, not the person paying. We will deliver straight to their door.

Yes. You can spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay at checkout, including 4 interest-free payments with Clearpay.

Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. Zeal arrives fully assembled, so there is nothing for them to set up.

We dispatch orders quickly, so we are unable to change or stop an order once it has been placed. If you change your mind, you are covered by our 30-day home trial: simply return your Zeal within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Delivery is free on every UK order. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

No. Your Zeal arrives 100% assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.

We currently deliver within the UK only. US deliveries are planned for Summer 2027. To join the priority waitlist, email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com and we will fulfil orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Try your Zeal at home for 30 days from delivery. The trial is for indoor use, so it can be returned as new. If it is not right for you, email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com with your order number within 30 days and we will arrange a free tracked collection from your UK address.

Once we have received and inspected it (3 to 5 working days), your refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider. Full returns details.

Your Zeal must be returned in its original box, which is specially designed to protect it in transit, so please keep it safe during your trial. If you no longer have it, you can buy a replacement Zeal return box for £19 before your collection.

Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will sort it straight away, including covering return shipping costs.

The Zeal frame is covered for life against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Handles, brakes, seat, backrest and structural fittings are covered for 24 months from delivery.

Normal wear and tear, such as tyres, brake cables, grips and cosmetic scuffs, is not covered, and nor is damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised repairs. The storage bag and soft accessories are also excluded. Full warranty details.

Email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault. We will respond within 3 working days. Where a claim is valid, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.

Please contact us first. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will arrange collection and repair through our Zeal-trained technicians at no cost to you. If it falls outside warranty, we will give you a clear quote before going ahead.

For safety, critical repairs should always be carried out by a Zeal-approved technician. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void your warranty.
