How do I adjust the height of my Zeal walker?

Just press the height-adjust button and move the handles up or down to suit you. It’s quick to change and locks firmly in place.

What accessories are included?

Zeal comes with an integrated backrest for comfort and a matching storage bag for the things you need day to day.

Delivery & Shipping

When will I receive my Zeal walker?

We offer complimentary courier delivery on all Zeal orders.

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Will I need to assemble my Zeal on arrival?

No assembly needed. Zeal is ready to use straight out of the box.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the UK. US deliveries are expected in late 2026. If you’d like to be first in line, email hello@zeal-lifestyle.com to join our waitlist - we’ll fulfil on a first-come, first-served basis.

Aftercare & Warranty

How long does the frame warranty last?

Zeal includes a lifetime frame warranty against manufacturing defects, plus a 30-day home trial from delivery. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 30 days in accordance with our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Can I repair my Zeal myself?

If you experience any issues with your Zeal walker, please contact us directly. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will arrange collection and repair through our Zeal-trained technicians at no cost to you.

If the repair falls outside of warranty, we’ll provide a clear quote before proceeding. For safety and quality reasons, we recommend that all repairs are carried out by Zeal-trained technicians.

Purchasing

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes - you can spread payments with Klarna or Clearpay.

Are orders refundable?

Yes, you’re covered by our 30-day home trial from delivery. Use Zeal indoors and test it outdoors on smooth pavements to ensure it’s right for you. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days in line with our Refund & Warranty Policy.
